Len O'Kelly, a commercial producer at news/talk WGN in Chicago, has been hired as program director and morning personality at WFGR in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He previously doubled as production director and overnight host at former oldies WRLL. It's a return to the market for O'Kelly, who programmed WODJ from 1998 to 2000.
